BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority personally appeared Margaret
• A. Bennett, also known as Margaret A. .Davis, who, upon first being. duly
sworn, did depose and say:
That her name is Margaret A. Bennett, formally known as Margaret
A. Davis, and she has resided at 3004 Anderson Driver, Fort Pierce,
Florida for 5 years.
Affiant further states that before taking up residence at 3004
Anderson Drive, she was a resident of 3004 Avenue K, Fort Pierce, Florida
for 3 years.
Affiant further states that she has become aware of a certain
judgment against Margaret Davis of 2805 Avenue L Apt. #15 by Booker
Garden Apartments on June 18, 1973 as recorded in 0. R. Book 41, page 14.
Affiant further states that she is not the person named in that
~ particular judgment and has never lived at or used as a mailing address
2805 Avenue L, Apt. #15 in all of her life.
