NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a final judgment
of foreclosure dated April 10, 1979, entered by the Circuit Court
of St. Lucie County, Florida, in an action the docket number of
which is 78-93 CA, wherein First Federal Savings and Loan Association
of Fort Pierce, a corporation organized and existing under the laws
of the United States of America, is plaintiff, and RANDY T. WALKER,
a single adult, and PETER M. LEANING and BRENDA E. LEANING, his wife,
are defendants, I, ROGER POITRAS, Clerk of said Court, will, on
Wednesday, the 9th day of May, 1979 at 11:00 A. M. or as soon
i thereafter as the sale may be held, sell to the highest and best
bidder for cash at the East front door of the St. Lucie County
Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida, the following described real
