C7anes now, the above Plaintiffs, by and through their uniersignecl
attorneys and represent that the Lis Pendens filed in the above matter, in
Official Records Book 301, Page 419, St. Lucie Cbtmty, Florida, public records
in which the property described tY~erein was described as follows:
The South 150 feet of the SE ~ of the SE ~ of the NW ~ less
the East 47 feet in Section 10, Taanship 36 South, Range 40
East, St. Lucie Qotnity, Florida, EX(~TTING TE?'i, rights
of way for Public Records,draiiage canals and electric
transmission and telephone oomnunications lines.
The property in dispute was drily a small triangular portion. being approximately
26 ft. in length and 4.55 ft. at the base of the triangle. 7~e relief sotx~t
by the Plaintiffs as mentioned in the said Lis Pendens was a resolution of an
encroadunent on the above descrioed parcel of land. This dispute has been
resolved and the Lis Pendens filed herein is hereby cancelled and any suit in
oo~u~ectian therewith, whether filed or -intended to be filed, is hereby dis-
missed with prejudice.
