The following is hereby incorporated as a condition of that
second mortgage dated April 3, 1979

It is understood between the parties that there is presently
4 a first mortgage of record in favor of FIRST NATIONAL BANK
AND TRUST COMPANY OF STUART, as reflected in OR Book 306 ~
~ at page 1222 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County. ~
Mortgagee agrees to make payments on said mortgage. When the
balance hereunder is reduced to the outstanding balance on said
4~ first mortgage then mortgagors may assume said mortgage directly.
and this mortgage shall be satisfied upon approval of first
i~ mortgage by the mortgagee.
