A tract of land lying and being in the
E 1/2 of Section 21, Township 36 South,
Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
bounded on the Northwest, West and South
by the North Fork of the St. Lucie River,
and bounded on the East by the East line
of said Section 21; less and except that
portion thereof lying Northerly of the
Westerly line of Beach Avenue as said
Avenue is delineated and depicted on the
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10,
page 72, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida 6,000.00
$23,180.00
6. The decedent has been dead for more than three (3) years.
7. The Estate is not indebted.
8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent be
distributed to the Petitioner, whose name and address are set forth
above.
9. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil of
decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 10.
10. The original of the decedent's last Will, dated
October 14, 1969, and attested by Louise A. Gregory, Mary van der
Lugt, and Chester B. Griffin, as subscribing and attesting witnesses,
is in the possession of this Court.

11. Decedent's Will does not direct administration as required
by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an Order of Summary
Administration be entered directing distribution of the assets in the
Estate in accordance with the schedule set forth above.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my {
knowledge and belief.
