ORDER OF SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
On the Petition of CATHERINE R. CARLISLE for Summary
Administration of the Estate of LUTHER 0. CARLISLE, deceased, the
Court finding that the decedent died on the 21st day of June, 1973;
-that the Petitioner is the sole beneficiary of this Estate; that the
material allegations of the Petition are true; and that an Order of
Summary Administration should be entered, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED-that there be immediate distribution of
the assets of the decedent as follows:
To CATHERINE R. CARLISLE, 1009 Pennsylvania Avenue,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, all assets of the Estate
as follows:
Lots 21 and 22, Block 2117, Unit 32,
CAPE CORAL, according to the Plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 16, pages 1-13,
Public Records of Lee County, Florida $ 2,180.00
One-third (1/3) interest as Trustee in
and to the following-described parcels
of real property situate in St. Lucie
` County, Florida:
The South 3/4 of the W 1/2 of the
NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 in Section 21, Town-
ship 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida 10,000.00
Lot 1, RIVER POINT, according to-the Plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 14, page 53,
Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida 5,000.00
