ORDER OF FIPJAL DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN -
This proceeding was heard on the Petition for Discharge of
the Guardian of the property of MARIE A. HENSLER, incompetent; the
Court finding that .all interested persons have been served proper
notice hereof or have waived notice hereof; and the Court being
satisfied that the Guardian has faithfully discharged the duties as
such Guardian, has rendered a complete and accurate final return, and
has delivered the assets of the ward to the person entitled thereto;
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that KIRBY UPRIGHT, as Guardian, is
discharged.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
