ORDER AUTHORIZING MORTGAGE OF REAL PROPERTY
This cause coming on to be heard before the Court on the
Petition of WILLIAM H. HILSON, as personal representative of the
Estate of RUTH C. HILSON, deceased, to mortgage the real property of
the Estate to provide funds for the payment of the claims of creditors,
costs of administration, and attorneys' fees, and the Court finding
that the allegations of the Petition are true; that the best interests
of the Estate would be served, and that the Petitioner, WILLIAM H.
HILSON, is the devisee of said real property sought to be mortgaged,
and the Court being fully advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that WILLIAM H. HILSON, as personal
representative of the Estate of RUTH C. HILSON, deceased, is hereby
authorized to mortgage the following-described real property in an
amount not to exceed $6,000.00:
j West 112 feet of East 137 feet of South 135 feet
of SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of SE 1/4, Section 18, Town-
E ship 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida.
