This proceeding was heard on the Report Of Distribu-
tion of the Personal Representative of the Estate of RAYMOND L.
RENDERER, deceased, and the Court finding that the Estate has
been properly distributed, that claims of creditors have been
paid or otherwise disposed of, and that the Personal Represen-
tative should be discharged, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that:
