V) J ~ U I, JOHN GEORGE BECHTOLD, SR., of the Borough of Penn Hills, County of Allegheny, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania do hereby make, publish, and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills and Codicils thereto at any time heretofore made by me. FIRST: I direct that all of my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my death. SECOND: I give, devise, and bequeath all of my real estate wheresoever situate to my beloved wife, CAROL L. BECHTOLD, if she shall survive me, under and in accordance with the provisions of Article Fifth hereinafter set forth. THIRD: In the event that my said wife shall survive me, under and in accordance with the provisions of Article Fifth set forth hereinafter, I hereby specifically devise to my sons, JOHN G. BECHTOLD, JR., JEFFREY LYNN BECHTOLD, and JAMES WALTER BECHTOLD, ~~~111 j the sum of Seven Thousand ($7,000.00) Dollars each, per stirpes; however, should any one or more of my said sons predecease me E P without leaving issue, then his share is to be equally divided among the survivor or survivors. ~ FOURTH: In the event that my said wife shall survive me, s under and in accordance with the provisions of Article Fifth hereinafter, I give, devise, and bequeath to her al.l of the rest, residue, and remainder of my Estate be it real, personal, or mixed f of every kind and nature whatsoever and wheresoever situate.
