that she shall fail to survive me for a period of sixty (60) days
after my death, in any such of the foregoing events, I give,
devise, and bequeath all of my said Estate, real, personal, or
mixed of every kind and nature whatsoever and wheresoever situate,
in accordance with the following: One-half (1/2) of my said Estate
to my daughter, LORI ANNE BECHTOLD, and the remaining one-half (1/2) ~
of my Estate to be divided equally between my three children and i

three stepchildren as follows; JOHN G. BECHTOLD, JR., JEFFREY LYNN
BECHTOLD, JAMES WALTER BECHTOLD, CARL RICHARD KIRSCHBAUM, DIANNA
L. MOSRAL, and JOHN FOREST KIRSCHBAUM, per stirpes. Should any of ~
the aforesaid individuals predecease me and leave no heirs, then -

his or her share shall be equally divided among the survivors.

SIXTH: I hereby constitute and appoint my wife, CAROL L.
BECHTOLD, to be the executrix of this my Last Will and Testament if
she shall survive me. If my said wife shall predecease me or shall

die under any of the circumstances set forth in Article Fifth

hereinabove, I hereby constitute and appoint DIANNA L. MOSKAL as '
executrix hereunder in lace and instead of my wife. I direct that

~ neither of the above-named appointees shall be required to give bond

€ for the faithful performance of her duties in any jurisdiction.

SEVENTH: Zn the event that my wife, CAROL L. BECHTOLD,

shall predecease me or shall die under any other of the circumstances
~ hereinabove set forth in Article Fifth and.in the event that my
daughter, LORI ANNE, is under the age of twenty-one (21) at the
time of my death, I hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint DIANNA

L. MOSKAL to be the guardian of the person and guardian of the Estate
of my daughter, LORI ANNE, during her minority. If the said DIANNA
L. MOSKAL shall also predecease me or in the event that she is
unable to act as guardian of the person and guardian of the Estate -
