O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on Petitioner's, Virginia S.
Padrick, Motion for Contempt, and the Court having heard testimony of
the Respondent, Robert W. Padrick, and having heard arguments of coun-
sel and being. otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED as follows:
l: The Court finds the Respondent, Robert W. Padrick, not
to be in willful contempt of the Court's Order of December 2, 1978.
2. However, the Court modifies its Order of December 2,
1978, by allowing execution to issue on the arrearage amounts con-
tained in that order in the total amount of $63,429.00.
DONE AND ORDERED this 10 ' day of April, 1979.
