FINAL JUDGMENT
After due notice by or to all parties affected on April 11,
1979, this matter came before the Court for final hearing with
respect to the matters disposed of by this Final Judgment.
Upon consideration, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, HENRY B. LIST,
is entitled to possession of the claimed property described
as follows:
1961 Mobile Home bearing Title Number 10668120, and
Florida Tag Number R 98655,
Additionally, the Plaintiff, HENRY B. LIST, is entitled to
damages against the Defendant, ROSA A. FARRAGUT, in the amount
of $ yDO. c'a and the costs of this action hereby
assessed at y9.-S~
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that a Writ of Posses-
sion shall be issued forthwith directing the Sheriff of St. Lucie
s County, Florida to put the Plaintiff, HENRY B. LIST, in
possession of the personal property described above.
