MORTGAGE
THIS MORTGAGE is made this ~ ~ ~ day of March

a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, whose address is
989 South Federal Highway, Stuart, Florida (herein "Lender").
WHEREAS, Borrower is indebted to Lender in the principal sum of TWENTY FOUR TtiO ISAN
Dollars, which indebtedness is evidenced by Borrow-
er's note dated . 19?9 (herein "Note") ,providing for monthly installments of prin-
cipal and interest, with the Balance of the indebtedness, if not sooner paid, due and payable on

To SECURE to Ixnder (a) the repayment of the indebtedness evidenced by the Note, with interest
thereon, the payment of all other sums, with interest thereon, advanced in accordance herewith to protect
the srctarity of this 11[ortgage, and the performance of the covenants and agreements of Borrower herein
contained, and (b) the repayment of any future advances, with interest thereon, made to Borrower by
Lender pursuant to paragraph 21 hereof (herein "Future Advances") , Borrower does hereby mortgage,
grant and convey to Ixnder the following described property located in the County of_~• Lucie
State of Florida:
Unit 4, Parcel 2, of VILLA DEL SOL, INC., a Condominium according to the
Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 1, Page 1-S, and Unit 4, Tract
2, according to the amended plot plan of Villa del Sol, a condominium
recorded in Condominium book 1, pages 6-10, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common
elements appurtenant thereto.
Subject, however, to all the provisions of said Declaration of Condominium
and exhibits incorporated therein, which the Grantee assumes and agrees
to observe and perform.
The failure of the mortgagor herein to comply with and abide by, and to
pay all the assessments required of said mortgagor when due, pursuant to
the Declaration of Condominium of VILLA DEL SOL, INC., as aforedescribed
and on exhibit thereto, shall constitute an event of default under this
mortgage.
