21. Phture Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty yeah from the date of this Mortgege, may
make PLture Advances to Borrower. Such Plttnrs Advances, with interest thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by
