1. That he is the President of the LAKEWOOn PARK PROPERTY
OWNBR3 ASSOCIATION, INC., anon-profit corporation of the State
of Florida, which has been assigned 811 the rights and reservations
of LAK_="~'OCD PARK COFPORATION, LAKEWOOD PARK COPiSTRUCTICN CORPORATION,
and LAKE INPRIO CORPORATION, ea+.d Assignment being recorded in
Official Record Book 186, page 2C3~ in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. :That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain
lot, block, and unit numbers in Lakewood Park Subdi•~ision, for
nonpayment of maintenance fees aPSessed, said Affida~~it being ,

hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit
now on record against the following property, since said arrearage
has now been paid : Lot 12, Block 22, Unit 3 -
Lot 5, Block 73, Unit 7
Lot . 7, Block 148, Unit 11
in the name of : ALDEN COI..SPON
and now held in the name of:
