CARTER, et al Defendants PARTIAL FINAL JUDGMENT This cause came on to be heard on March 13, 1979 and the Court having heard testimony on behalf of the Plaintiff and argu- ment of counsel and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. That the Defendants, James F. Carter, individually and James F. Carter trading as Preferred Research Associates, Joe H. Bryan, individually and Joe H. Bryan trading-as Preferred Research Associates, and each of them shall, within ten days from the date of this Partial Final Judgment, execute the appropriate papers to .satisfy that certain mortgage recorded in Official Records Book 137, at page 84 - 87, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida executed by the Plaintiff to the Defendants; and that upon failure of said Defendants ~ to execute such papers within said ten days then this Partial Final Judgment shall act as a satisfaction of said mortgage in full.. F 2. That the Defendants, James F. Carter, individually 3 and James F. Carter trading as Preferred Research Associates, Joe r H. Bryan, individually and Joe H. Bryan trading as Preferred Research 4 Associates, shall forthwith return to the Plaintiff the original note and mortgage recorded in Official Records Book 137, at pages 84-87, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
