THIS WARRANTY DEED made the 8th day of MArch ~ ~
1979, by CHARLES GIBBONS, a married a~u~t, HARRY GIBBONS, a
married adult, and JARED GI880NS, a married adult, hereinafter
called t'c:e grantor, to ELDON D. MOSHER and ETHEL LEE MOSHER, r
his wife, whose postoffice address is Route 1, Box 149, Lot 30,
Fort Pierce, FL 33450, hereinafter called the grantee: (Wherever

Grantor covenants with grantee that the above described
land is unimproved land, and it is not now, nor has it ever
been, the homestead of grantor.
TOGETHER WITH all the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.

AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that
