Borrower and Lender hereby expressly adopt and incorporate by referonce into this Mortgage and
hereby ague to be bound by the covenants and agreements contained in Uniform Covenants numbered 1
through 17 end Non-Uniform Covenants numbered 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 of the master form of mortgage
recorded in the office of the clack of the circuit court of the county in which the Property is located and
in which this Martgage is offered for record on the date. in the volume and, at the page as follows: ~

ADDITIONAL NON-iTNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances. with
interest thereon, shall bs secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Moct-
gage, not including soma advanced in accord
