THIS INDENTURE, executed the day. of 1979,
between JESSIE ECKLES, as Executor of the Estate of ALVENIA McNEAL,
deceased party of the first part, and P. EUGENE PARKS. a married
man, party of the second part, whose address is 16623 Amberwood Way,
Cerritos. California, 90701,
• W I T N E S S E T H:
The party of the first part on the day of ~ 1979,
pursuant to order of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County. Floridg,
dated the 12th day of April, 1978, and in consideration of the premises
and the sum of TEN ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms to the party of the second part, and
to his heirs and assigns forever, that certain real property situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lincoln Park No. 2, Block 3, Lot 17, St. Lucie.
County, Florida

and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real

AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with
the .party of the second part, his heirs and assigns. that in all
things preliminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance
the orders of the above-named Court and the laws of Florida have been
followed and complied with in all respects.
