gan, hereby gives notice that he claims an interest in real property located
-at Port St. Lucie, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
Lots 21 and 22, Block 2783, Port St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida.
• Said claim is based upon Judgment of Divorce entered on November
13, 1973, in the Circuit Court for the County of Macomb, State of Michigan, _
whereby the marriage between Harold Kansier and Michelina Kansier was

dissolved and the above described property awarded to the said Michelina
Kansier, Subject to lien in favor of Harold Kansier in the amount of Two
' Thousand Three Hundred Seventy and 75/100 Dollars 370. 75), due and
payable on November 13, 1978.
