NOW T13EREFORE, at the request of the party of the second part and in consideration of ;1.00 paid by the
party of the second part.the party of the first pest does hereby extend the amounts and maturity of the pay-
ments due on account of principal as follows: Interest only in the amount of $157.96 paid to
1-22-78, with first instalmegt of, #279.58 ,which includes principal and ihterest due on
February 22, 1979.
and e~ictends payment and maturity of interest as follows: 300th and final payment due January 22, 2004
ALL other terms and conditions of said loan or mortgage contained and of the instruments covering the
collateral pledged, as hereby extended, are to remain in full force and effect and nothing herein contained ahaD in
anywise impair the security now held for the said indebtedness.
NOTHING herein ;contained shall be construed as a novation and default in any of the terms and conditions
of said loan as hereby extended, and/or in the terms of the instruments covering collateral pledged thereto, or in
mortgage contained, and/or of this Extension Agreement, will automatically mature the said loan extended here-
by and hereunder..
