LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
as measured along the Northern boundary ltne of satd Lot 41 and extension
thereof; thence run Westerly 8 feet along the extenston of said North
boundary line as extended to a point; thence run Southerly 145 feet
to the point of beginning. A certain survey prepared Dy A. 6. Neatherington
R Associates, Inc., dated January, 1974, shows the measured distance
between the SM corner of the aforesaid Lot-21 and the SE corner of the-
aforesald Lot 41 to De 1479.8 feet Instead of 1471 as shown on the Plat
of Marav111a Estates as aforesaid. It 1s the purpose of this deed to
dispose of 8 feet of the additional 8.8 feet and 1n the event of discrep~
ancles concerning the distances stated herein, the distances as measured
from the SM corner of said Lot 21 sha11 control.
GRANTOR covenants that this property 1s not h1s residence and therefore
1t 1s not hanestead.
SUBJECT to taxes for the current year, easements, conditton~, restrictions
and reservations of record and zoning.
SUBJECT to that certain mortgage in favor of First Federal Savtngs ~
Loan Association of Fort Pierce, recorded to the puD11c records of St.
Lucte County, Florlda,whlch the Grantees agree to assure and pay. -
SUBJECT-to apurchase money second mortgage to favor of Scott M. Kenney
recorded in the public records of St. Luc1e County, Flortda.
