EASTMENT GRANT
SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corpora-
tion, (Grantor), for consideration of T$N AND No/100ths ($10.00)
DOLLARS of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby gives, grants, sells,
and conveys to ST. LUCIE CABL$ COMPANY, INC., a Florida corporation,
its successors and assigns, (Grantee), non-exclusive easements as
shown on "EXHIBIT A" attached hereto, .for the location, placement
and maintenance of any and all wires, cables, amplifiers, terminal
boxes and any other electrical or mechanical equipment or personal
property of the said Grantee, its successors and assigns, required
or useful for providing cable television and ancillary services with- ,
in the aforesaid property.
AND the said Grantor further as an incident to the said ease-
ment gives and grants penaission and authority to said Grantee, its
successors and assigns to enter upon the property described above t
for the maintenance and repair of any such wires, cables, amplifiers,
terminal boxes, electrical or mechanical equipment, or other personal
property of Grantee within the~said property.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused this document to
