BASEMENT GRANT -
MOBILE HOME ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS, INC.
a Florida corporation, (Grantor), for consideration of TEN and
NO/100ths ($10.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby gives, grants, sells,
and conveys to ST. LUCIS CABLE COMPANY, INC., a Florida corporation,
its successors and assigns, (Grantee), anon-exclusive easement
throughout the property as shown on EXHIBIT "A" attached hereto, for
the location, placement, and maintenance of any and all wires, cables,
amplifiers, terminal boxes and~any other electrical or mechanical
equipment or personal property of the said Grantee, its successors -
and assigns, required or useful for providing cable television and
ancillary services within the aforesaid property.
AND the said Grantor further as an incident to the said easement
gives and grants permission and authority to said Grantee, its
successors and assigns to enter upon the property described above
for the maintenance and repair of any such wires, cables, amplifiers,
terminal boxes, electrical or mechanical equipment, or other
personal property of Grantee within the said property.
