O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard at a hearing held on
April 6, 1979, on various Defendants' Motions, and the Court having
heard argument of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. The Motion to Extend Time for Mediation is granted.
2. Defendant MOLINA's Motion to Compel Production of
Medical Records and reports is granted. Plaintiff must furnish all
such items in his possession at no expense to himself.
3. Defendant MOLINA's Motion to Exchange Witness Lists
is granted. The parties shall provide the names of the expert
witnesses no later than thirty (30) days prior to final hearing.

4. The Defendant MOLINA's Motion to Compel Answers to
~ Interrogatories is denied.
5. The Defendant HERNANDEZ's Motion to Compel Answers to
Interrogatories is~ denied.
6. The Court will defer setting a final hearing date
~ until the Mediation Panel has been selected.
