Defendant/Appellant, appeals to the District Court of Appeal, Fourth
District of Florida, the Order of this Court rendered on April 3,
1979. The nature of the Order is a final Order denying Defendant's/
Appellant's Motions for Directed Verdict; Motion for New Trial; and
Motion for Remittitur. Final Judgment in the matter appealed from
was rendered by this Court on or about March 12, 1979, in favor of
