PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as personal representative of the above
estate alleges:
1. The decedent, HELEN FRANCES FINN, a resident of
St. Lucie County, Florida, died on February 10, 1978, and Letters
of Administration were issued to Petition on June 7, 1978
2. Petitioner files herewith waivers of final accounting
for the decedent's estate.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate, by
making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and
debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision for
the payment of all expenses of administration.
4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns
with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue
of-the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court ~

evidence of the satisfaction of this estates obligations for both

Federal and Florida estate taxes if any. r

~ 5. Petitioner proposes to make distribution of the
assets of this estate as shown herein by the Receipt of Beneficiary
forms signed by the respective beneficiaries.

6. The only persons having an interest in this proceeding
