The undersigned petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as the
sole beneficiary of the estate.
2. Decedent, Dorothy Bourgeois, whose last known address
was $45 Orbit Lane, Union Dale, New York, died on January 11,
1974, at Rockville Center, New York, and at the time of death
decedent was domiciled in Nassau County, New York.
3. So far as is known, the sole beneficiary of this estate
is JOHN J. BOURGEOIS, 207 Gilder Creek Drive, Route 10, Greenville,
South Carolina 29607. Petitioner was the decedent's son.
4.~ Venue of this proceeding is in this county because dece-
dent died owning assets in this county .
5.~ The assets in this estate and its estimated value is:
Lot 14, Block 25 Paradise Park $860.00

6. The decedent has been dead for more than three years.
