9. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of
decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 10.
10. A certified copy of the original of the decedent's last
will, dated March 22, 1958, accompanied by a certified transcript
of the domiciliary proceedings of this estate. accompanies this
petition.
11. Decedent's wi_11 does not direct administration as required
by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes. Petitioner's request that dece-
dent's last will be admitted to probate and an Order of Summary
Administration be entered directing distribution of the assets in
this estate in accordance with the schedule set forth in paragraph
nine of this petition.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the fore-
going and the facts alleged are true, to the best. of my knowledge
and belief.
