ORDER OF SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
On the petition of JOHN J. BOURGEOIS, for Summary Adminis-
tration of the estate of DOROTHY BOURGEOIS, deceased, the court t
finding that the decedent died on the 11th day of January, 1974;
that all interested persons have been served proper notice of this
hearing, or have waived notice thereof; that the material allega-
tions of the petition are true; and that an Order~of Summary
Administration should be entered, it is
ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of the assets
of the decedent, that being:
Lot 14, Block 25 Paradise Park $860.00
to the sole beneficiary of the estate, JOHN J. BOURGEOIS, 207 Gilder
Creek Drive, Route 10, Greenville, South Carolina 29607.

ADJUDGED FURTHER, that those to whom specified parts of the

decedent's estate are assigned by this order shall be entitled to
receive and collect the same, and to maintain actions to enforce the
