The Petitioner, CELESTE J. DeFLORIO, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above Estate as the
natural mother of the decedent, KENNETH R. DeFLORIO, and one of
the two surviving heirs of KENNETH R. DeFLORIO. Petitioner's name
and. address are CELESTE J. DeFLORIO, 2912 Delaware Avenue, Fort
Pierce, Florida, and the name and address of Petitioner's attorney
are as set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent,.KENNETH R. DeFLORIO, whose last known address was ~

2808 Delaware Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, and whose age was 19
years, and whose Social Security No. is 264-27-0624, died on October
13, 1978, at Lawnwood Medical Center, and at the time of death, ~

decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this ~
Estate, their addresses and relationship to decedent are:
(a) .The undersigned Petitioner.

qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to serve as
Personal Representative of decedent's Estate, and is entitled to
preference in appointment as Personal Representative because
