6. The nature and approximate value of the assets of this
Estate are: Read property in St. Lucie County, of an approximate
value of $30,000.00; a motorcycle of no value; and a personal
injury lawsuit of the value in excess of $60,000.00 for the
Estate of RBNNETH R. DeFLORIO, and his heirs.
7. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, Petitioner is ~
unaware of any unrevoked wills or codicils of decedent.
Petitioner requests that she be appointed Personal Representative
of the Estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge ~
and belief.
