8. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of decedent other than as set
forth in paragraph 9.
9. The original of the decedent's last will, dated November 1 ~

is in the possession of the above court or accompanies this petition. ~
10. Decedent's will does not direct administration as required by .Chapter 733, Florida
Statutes.
~ Petitioners request that the decedent's last will be admitted to probate and an order of
E fam~7y administration be entered directing distribution of the assets in the estate in accordance with
the schedule set forth in paragraph 7 of this petition. ~
