I, LEONA E. VEDRON, domiciled and residing in St. Lucie
County, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind,-memory and
understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this ~rriting
as and for My Last will and Testament, hereby revoking and
cancelling all other and former wills and Codicils heretofore
made by me.
FIRST: I 8irect that all my just debts, expenses of my
last illness, funeral expenses, costs of administering my Estate
and all other proper charges against my Estate be paid as soon
ae practicable after my death in such amounts as my Personal
Representative, hereinafter named may deem proper.
SECOND: It is my desire that Yates Funeral Hone handle
the arrangements of my burial and that I be buried at Hillcrest
Cemetery, Fort Pierce, Florida. I direct that my Personal
Representative make the necessary arrangements for this to be done.
THIRDS I give, devise and bequeath my washer and dryer
' to PRYLLIS DURHAM, who currently resides in Fort Pierce, Florida.
FOURTH Zt is~my desire that my house located at 505 South
21st Street, Fort Pierce, Florida be sold and the .funds therefrom
be distributed as follows:
A. Three-fourths (3/4) of the proceeds to.my son, DONALD
I,EE vEnRON ;
B. One-fourth (1/4) to be divided equally bewtRen my
daughter, *IANCY KEMP and my son, DAVID VEDRON, of Fort Pierce,

Florida.
C. If any of the foregoing beneficiaries named in this

Paragraph Fourth does not survive me, his or her share shall be
divided equally between the remaining beneficiaries in the same
~ proportions as set out in A and B above.
FOURTH: It is my desire that the furniture located in my
above-described home be divided between my children, DAVID VEDRON,
