EIGHTH: A. I nominate, constitute and appoint, my son
DONALD LFE VEnRON, as Personal Representative of my estate. I
direct that no bond or other security shall be required of my

Personal Representative in any jurisdiction, to secure the faithful
performance of the duties herein .
~ ~ B. in the investment, administration and distribution of
my Estate my Personal Representative shall be governed by the pro-
visions of Sections 733 and 738 of the Florida Statutes, 1975, that

are not otherwise in conflict with this instrument and shall have
~ all additional powers and protection granted by Statute to them
that are not in conflict with this instrument. In addition, and
z not in limitation of any common law or statutory authority, and

without application to any ~'ourt, my Personal Representative shall
