259, page 1254, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and (ii)
second-in-priority Mortgage and Security Agreement, dated October 27, ~

• knowledged, does hereby remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and
h ~ discharge from the lien, security interest and operation of the said
Mortgages unto the Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that cer-

That certain Condominium Parcel, being Unit No. 201 , a Condo-

o N ~ minium" recorded in O.R. Book 254, page 2128, et. se,~c., Public
Records of said County and all Amendments thereto, including ~
~ an undivided interest in the Common Elements of said Condominium
N ~ as set forth in said Declaration, as amended.

~ This instrument releases said Condominium Parcel from the lien and
3 ~ security interest of the Mortgages, and from the effect of any instru-
ments of record modifying or supporting said Mortgages.

s Mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated, and
3 ~ ~ discharged of and from~the lien and security interest of the Mortgages

~ ~ b herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the ef-
~ ~ ~ fect, lien, security interest, or encumbrance of the Mortgages on the
oav~ remaining part of said Premises, not hereby or heretofore released
~ therefrom, or any of the- rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
