18, 19, 22 and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all references to the Properly, Burrower, Lender and Notc
~Y?ntained in the above descrybed master form of mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the
Property, Burrower, lender and Nwe defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Burrower and Lender further covenant and agree as follows:
21..Future Advances. Upon request by Burrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years from the date of this Mort-
verge, may make Future Advances to Burrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when
evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the prinapal amount of the indebtedness
secured. by this Mortgage, not induding sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage, exceed the
original amount of the Note plus US S 6 3 , 900.00 ~ !
