Such pruvisiunsasare incorporated by reference hereinto shall be UniformCuvenants 1 through 17and Nun-UnifurmCovenants
18, 19, 20, 22 and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all references to the Prupecty, Burrower, Lender and Note
contained in the above described master form of mortgage and incorporated by reference hereintu shall be construed to mean the
Property, &rrrower, Lender and Nute defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the oumplete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further ouvenant and agree as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years from the date of this Murt-
grge,may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when
evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness
secured by this Mortgage, not including surtu advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage, exceed the
original amount of the Note plus US S s63~9~a.t?0.
