SUBJECT TO easements, reservations and restrictions of record.
SUBJECT, However, to all the provisions of said Declaration of Condominium
and amendments and exhibits incorporated therein, which the Grantee assumes
and agrees to observe and perform.
SUBJECT TO an existing Mortgage in the original principal sum of $20,800.00
held by Community Federal Savings & Loan Association of Riviera Beach, dated
July 24, 1974 and recorded in O.R. Book 230, Page 212, which Grantee herein
assumes and agrees to pay,
