Personally before ale the undersigned officer, authorized by the laws of said state to
administer oaths, comes CHARLES F. LOWRY ~ MYRA N. LOWRY ,who, on oath, says that
he/they is/are the owner of the property described below and that no improvements have
actually been commenced on this property.
This notice is filed pursuant to Chapter 713.13, Florida Statutes, to give notice of
commencement of improvements to the following described real property:

Township 37 South, Range 41 East, as recorded in Plat Book 1 at Page 35, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
