CAMPOLA, Wife. FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for trial on the 3rd day of April, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this quit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between JOHN T. CAMPOLA and JEAN M. CAMPOLA be and the same is hereby for- ever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of YOLANDA CAMPOLA, minor child of the parties is herby awarded to the Wife, JEAN M. CAMPOLA, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to JOHN T. CAMPOLA. I ~ - ~ 3. CHILD SUPPORT: Commencing the first Friday after the ~ execution of this Order the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars each and every week for • the support of the child named above. Each payment shall be made and sent along with the payments to be made d,~ectly to f the Wife at her present address under the Property Settlement i ~ Agreement referred to below. 4.
