Case No. 78-944-FR
Settlement Agreement which the Court specifically does not
ratify, and the parties are ordered to comply with the
provisions thereof. In addition, any portions of the
. Agreement which the Husband is unable to fulfill, it shall be
the Husband's obligation to fulfill the portion in an exactly
comparable method, as if the terms of the original Agreement
were fulfilled.
5. FEES AND COSTS: The Husband shall be responsible for
all costs of this action and the attorney's fees for the
counsel of the Wife, said fees to be determined at a subse-
quent independent hearing.
6. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further
orders as may be proper.
