FINP..I, JUDGMENT_ OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial before the Court on the
5th day of April, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration
to all of the evidence and having heard the testimony of the witnesses,
finds and determines: That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and
Wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved; that the Wife
is a fit and proper person to have custody of the minor children of
the parties; that the Husband has the ability to pay child support and
that the Wife is in need of child support for the minor children; and
I ,
that the Husband has the ability to pay periodic alimony and that the
Wife is in need of periodic alimony, and the Court being otherwise

fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the Default entered by the Clerk of this Court
E against the Husband, ROY FERRELL be, and is hereby ordered ratified
~ and confirmed.

F 2. That the marriage between ROY FERRELL, Husband, and
BESSIE LOU FERRELL, Wife be, and the same is hereby ordered dissolved

a vinculo and the parties and each of them be, and are hereby ordered
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between

them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
