hereby ordered enjoined and restrained from interfering with,
assaulting, abusing, harassing, battering, or otherwise molesting
or interfering with one another. The Husband, ROY FERRELL be,
and is hereby further ordered enjoined and restrained from going to
the residence of the Wife and minor children except at such times
as to exercise his rights to visitation with said minor children as
are set forth in this Final Judgment and the Sheriff of Saint Lucie
County or his authorized deputies and the several Sheriffs of the
State of Florida or their authorized deputies be, and are hereby
ordered to enforce this restraining order without further order of
this Court.
4. That the exclusive use, custody, possession and owner-
ship of all furnishings, appliances, utensils, and other household
items be, and are hereby ordered awarded to the Wife, BESSIE LOU
FERRELL.
5. That the Wife, BESSIE LOU FERRELL, is a fit and proper
person to have permanent, custody, care and control of the minor
children of the parties, to-wit: ROY FERRELL, JR., age 12 years and

WILLIAM FERRELL, age 8 years and the permanent care and custody of
~ - said two minor children be, and is hereby ordered awarded to the Wife,

BESSIE LOU FERRELL, with reasonable rights of visitation to the Husband
as set forth in this Final Judgment. It is further ordered that the
Husband, upon one weeks prior notice to the Wife, may visit with the
minor children at such places as the Wife may designate from 2 o'clock
to 6. o'clock on Sunday afternoons.
6. That the 1971 Lincoln automobile be and is hereb
y
} ordered awarded to the Wife, BESSIE LOU FERRELL, and it is further
ordered that the Wife shall have the sole and exclusive use, custody,

possession and ownership of said 1971 Lincoln automobile and that the
Husband, ROY FERRELL be, and is hereby ordered to execute any and all

instruments necessary to transfer the title of said automobile to -
