9. That this Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage,
be, and is hereby ordered not to relieve the Husband of his obliga-
tions to have paid temporary child support, alimony, attorney's fees
and costs, and any other items which the Husband, ROY FERRELL, is ~

ordered to pay for in this Court's Order rendered on December 4, 1978,
and it be and is hereby specifically ordered that this Final Judgment
shall not act to supercede said Order of December 4, 1978, so that
if the Husband does not comply with the provisions in said order, ,

the Husband, may not use this Final Judgment as a defense in any action ~
to hold the Husband in contempt for non-compliance with said order.
It be and is hereby further ordered that the attorney's fees of
Four Hundred Fifty ($450.00) Dollars and the costs of Forty Two
($42.00) Dollars does include temporary attorney's fees and costs
previously awarded by this Court.

10. The Wife, BESSIE LOU FERRELL be, and is hereby ordered
awarded periodic alimony in the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars per
£ week beginning on Friday, April 6, 1979, and on the Friday of each ~
week thereafter and the Husband, ROY FERRELL, be, and is hereby ordered
to pay to the Wife, BESSIE LOU Er'ERRELL, the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars
per week as periodic alimony beginning on Friday, April 6, 1979 and on
the Friday of each week thereafter until such time as the Wife may ~
remarry or die, whichever first occurs, at which time said alimony will ~
~ cease. The Husband, ROY FERRELL be, and is hereby further ordered to
make said payments of periodic alimony to the Wife, by making said pay-

ments to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial
~ Circuit-in and for Saint Lucie County, in cash, cashier's check, money
order or certified check and the H•asband be, and is hereby further ~
