THIS INDENTURE, igade this 6th day of APRIL A.D.19 79 ,
BETWEEN the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs, an Officer of the United States of America, whose address is
Veterans Administration, Washington, D.C. 20420, hereinafter called Grantor, and
James D. Bott aad Cynthia L. Bott, his wife
with permanent post-o1$oe address at 2706 Dean Drive, Fort Pierce,
in the County of St. Lucie . of Florida ,hereinafter
called Grantee(s).
WrrNSSSTTH, That said Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars (~10) in hand paid by
Grantee (s) and other valuable consideration
the receipt whereof is acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, and sells to Grantee(s) and Grantee's heirs or

PARCEL 2 Begin at the Northeast corner of Lot 5, Block 1,
WILLIAMS ADDITION, Plat Book 7, page 52, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; thence
run South 200 feet to the point of beginning;
thence run West 330 feet to a stake; thence turn

feet to a stake; thence turn and run North 30 feet
to a Point of Beginning.
