This Mortgage, dated the 13th day of April A. D. 19 79 , by and between
James D. Bott and Cynthia L. Bott, his wife

of the United States of America, his successors and assigns

WITNSS3BT'H, that for valuable considerations, the said Mortgagor does hereby grant, bargain, sell
and convey unto ttte said Mortgagee and his assigns, all that certain parcel of land of which the aid
Mortgagor is now seized and poae:sed and in actual possession, situated in the County of S t . Lucie
and State of Florida, described sns follows:
PARCEL 1 The West 95 feet of the South 199.5 feet of the
North 410 feet of Block 1, WILLIAMS ADDITION, according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, page 52,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
PARCEL 2 Begin at the Northeast corner. of Lot 5, Block 1,
WILLIAMS ADDITION, Plat Book 7, page 52, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; thence
run South 200 feet to the point of beginning; thence
run West 330 feet to a stake; thence turn and run
b ~ South 30 feet; thence turn and run East 330 feet to
a stake; thence turn and run North 30 feet to a Point
~ ~V of Beginning.
Together with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the rents, issues
and profits o! the above described property. (provided, however, that the Mortgagor shall be entitled to
collect and retain the acid vents, issues sad pro5ta until default hereunder); and all 6ztures now or here-
. after attached to or used in connection with the premises herein described and in addition thereto the fol-
lowing described household appliances, which are and shall be deemed to be, 5xtures and a part of the
realty,. and are a portion of the security for the indebtedness herein mentioned. -

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the name, and every part thereof, with the appurtenances of the said
~ Mortgagor in and to the same, and every part and parcel thereof, unto the said Mortgagee in fee simple.

The Mortgagor hereby covenants with the Mortgagee, that he is seized of said land in fee simple or
! such other estate, if any, as is stated herein; and that said Mortgagor does hereby fully warrant the title to
said land, and every part thereof, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
~ whomsoever.

.PROVIDED ALWAYS, that if the Mortgagor should pay to the Mortgagee that certain promissory
note of even date herewith, made by the Mortgagor and payable to the order of the Mortgagee in the
principal sum of Thirty Thousand-Eight Hundred Dol}~, payable in monthly install-
manta to principal and interest of E2 5 9.0 3 starting on the first day of May ,

complied with and performed, and every other covenant and provision as contained in that blank or master
• form of mortgage, which is incorporated herein by reference as if set out herein in full, then these presents
shall be void and released at the expense of the Mortgagor, otherwise to remain in full force and effect. The
said blank or master Eons of mortgage was recorded on February 13, 19?0, in the Official Records of the {
Clerk of the Circuit Court of the following counties in Florida in the Official Records Volume and at the
page designated after the name of each county, to-wit: (except that it was recorded in Bradfor•.l, Brevard,
Duval and Suwannee Counties on Fetxuary 9,1970, and in Dade County on February 10,1970)
