PARCEL 2 Begin at the Northeast corner. of Lot 5, Block 1, WILLIAMS ADDITION, Plat Book 7, page 52, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; thence run South 200 feet to the point of beginning; thence run West 330 feet to a stake; thence turn and run b ~ South 30 feet; thence turn and run East 330 feet to a stake; thence turn and run North 30 feet to a Point ~ ~V of Beginning. Together with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the rents, issues and profits o! the above described property.
