is subject in every respect to the Ik~claration of Condominiun as to the condc~rninium
. in which his tuiit is located and Exhibits attarhed thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the sane are attached to the Ucclaration of referred to
therein), the Iiy-laws of the Association nrticles of Incor{x~ration, the It~,les and
Regulations, copy of projected oheratir,g br,d~;et, copy of sales brochure ;,nd floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Mrendnrents to the aforesaid t>c-
claration and t.xhihits and the nrticles of Incorporation, Ily-Laws and Ik~claration
of Covenants and Itestrictions~ of the,l'mperty Owner's nesocidtion; and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful ol~cr:rtiorr ;rrrd m;»iage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for tlrc benefit of
all the o?vners therein. Purchaser and all oivrrers of parcels in the aCoreclescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said lreclar-
ation of Condominiwn and Cxhibits attached thereto. ~1'~,rchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minitan and lxhibits attached thereto, and aJ;rces that the assessment under thc~
Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the Irovisions thereof
are resonable, fair and cryuitable, and said 1'~,rchaser aclurowledges and confirms
that the Teclaration of Covenants and Restrict:ions of the Property Owners' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien uhdn the Condomirriran parcel being conveyed to i
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Ieclaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said R,rchaser ass,mres the

Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inchicements, i C :ury, are

and other charges arc estimated only. No warranty or I;uaranty is oracle or intruded
