Such provmiona as aro incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenantor 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenantor 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender. agree that aU
references to the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference heceinto shall be construed to maan-the Property, Borrower, Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the providona
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
21. Futuna Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender. at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of thin Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgsge when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes aro secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gage, not including soma advanced in axacdanc~~~rewith to protect the security of this Mortgage, exceed
the orginal amount of the Note plus US ~
